Biological age
Models that put your lab results on an age scale. All of them are mortality-risk models wearing a friendlier label.
Biological Age Calculator (PhenoAge)
How your nine routine blood markers compare with the ageing pattern of a large US cohort.
What it cannot do: it cannot tell you how long you will live, it is not a measure of cellular age, and a single blood draw moves it by more than most interventions do.

Cardiovascular risk
Published risk equations, each tied to a specific cohort and region. The model you pick changes the answer.
Heart Age and 10-Year Cardiovascular Risk
Your 10-year risk of a cardiovascular event under a named, published equation, plus the age at which an average person carries the same risk.
What it cannot do: it cannot tell you what will happen to you, and the four models disagree with each other by enough to change a treatment decision — which is itself the most useful thing on the page.

Fitness
Cardiorespiratory fitness and strength, against published normative tables.
VO2max Estimator and Percentile
An estimate of your VO2max and where it sits in the published percentile tables for your age and sex.
What it cannot do: it cannot replace a laboratory test — a non-exercise estimate is typically several mL/kg/min away from a measured value, which is enough to move you a whole percentile band.

Zone 2 Heart Rate Calculator
A heart-rate range for easy aerobic work, from whichever anchor you actually have.
What it cannot do: every age-based maximum heart-rate equation has a standard deviation of roughly 10 beats, so a zone derived from your age alone can be wrong by more than the width of the zone.

Grip Strength and Sitting-Rising Percentile
Where your grip strength or sitting-rising score sits against published normative data for your age and sex.
What it cannot do: both are associated with mortality in cohorts, which is not the same as improving them improving your mortality — and a dynamometer at home is not calibrated to the ones used in the studies.

Body composition
Anthropometric indices. Cheap to measure, and cruder than they look.
Body Composition Calculator
Waist-to-height ratio, BMI and a fat-free mass index from your measurements, against published thresholds.
What it cannot do: BMI cannot distinguish muscle from fat, and none of these indices measures visceral fat directly — the thing that actually carries the risk.

Nutrition and timing
Intake and meal-timing planners. Planning tools, not efficacy claims.
Protein Needs Calculator
A daily protein target for your body mass and goal, with the range the evidence actually supports.
What it cannot do: the intake studies are short, mostly in young men, and measure nitrogen balance or lean mass rather than anything you care about in thirty years.

Fasting Window Planner
A concrete eating window that fits your wake time, bedtime and training time.
What it cannot do: it is not a claim that time-restricted eating works — where calories were matched, it has generally not beaten ordinary calorie restriction.

Sleep
Sleep debt and schedule tools, built on an estimate of a need nobody can measure directly.
Sleep Debt Calculator
Your cumulative shortfall over seven nights against a best-available estimate of your own need.
What it cannot do: there is no assay for sleep need, so every number here is a deficit against an assumption — and hours asleep is not the same as sleep quality.

Planning and self-assessment
Composite self-reported scores. Useful for ranking your own domains; not validated against any outcome.
LLL Longevity Score
Which of fifteen lifestyle domains you are furthest behind on, with every weight published.
What it cannot do: it is not a validated instrument, it has no calibration and no published cut-points, and the weights are our editorial judgement — so the total is far less meaningful than the ranking of your own domains.

Life Expectancy Calculator
How many more years the published life table for your country gives someone of your age and sex.
What it cannot do: nothing about you. It is a population average from a national life table — it does not know your health, and lifestyle adjustments to it are observational associations, not a personal forecast.

Supplement Stack Checker
Which items in your stack have evidence behind them, which do not, and which pairs have a known interaction.
What it cannot do: it cannot see your medications unless you enter them, it is not a pharmacist, and the interaction list covers what we have evidence for rather than everything that exists.
44 questionslll-supplement-stack-1.0.0
Biomarker Test Planner
Which blood tests are worth asking for given your age, sex and what you are trying to find out.
What it cannot do: it cannot order tests, it cannot interpret your results, and more markers is not more information — several popular panels include tests with no evidence that acting on them changes an outcome.

Cost
What treatment actually costs, with the sample size behind every figure.
Longevity Clinic Cost Estimator
What we have actually observed clinics charge for a given therapy in a given country.
What it cannot do: there is no authoritative dataset of longevity-clinic prices, so when we have fewer than three matching observations this tool returns "we do not know" instead of a number.
