The tests worth paying for, and what the numbers mean
0 biomarkers, grouped by the panel your lab will run them in. For each one: what it actually tells you, the lab reference range, the range we argue is worth aiming for, and the interventions with graded human evidence that they shift it. Values are shown in the units used in this market.
Why we publish an optimal range at all
A lab reference range describes where most of a measured population falls, unwell people included. It is not a target, and treating it as one is how people are told a drifting marker is “normal” for a decade. Our optimal ranges are explicit judgements about what to aim for, attributed to a named reviewer, dated, and cited. Where the evidence does not support a target, we publish the lab range and say so instead of inventing one.
