Myths, and what the evidence actually shows
Each page takes one claim, states our ruling in the first line, explains why the claim spread — because plausible-sounding claims usually have a real study behind them, overstated — and then says what the human evidence supports.
We rule on claims, not on people. Where a claim is partly right we say so rather than collapsing it into false, and where we have changed our own ruling the correction is on the page.

A ruling is only published once a named medical reviewer has signed it off. Until then, the intervention pages carry the grades.
