From your health data
3 of these questions can be answered from lab results and device data you have already connected: Age, Sex at birth, Your 10-year cardiovascular risk, if you know it. Connect them once in your member account and they arrive here pre-filled and labelled as coming from your health data — and you can always type over the value.

How this is calculated
Formula version lll-test-planner-1.0.0
Each test in the catalogue carries a tier, a rationale, an indicative US self-pay price range, the guideline position that supports it and, where one exists, the screening-body caution against it. Tests whose inclusion predicate matches the member's age, sex, goals and conditions are sorted essential first and cheapest first within a tier, then added to the plan while their low-end price still fits the stated budget; anything that does not fit is reported as deferred rather than dropped silently. Coronary calcium is gated on age and, where a ten-year risk is known, on the intermediate or selected-borderline risk band the guideline specifies.
What it cannot do
- Prices are US direct-to-consumer list prices captured on one day and vary up to five-fold between vendors for the same test. They are not insurance rates.
- No sourced price is held for urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio, so it is excluded from totals.
- The catalogue is a curated shortlist, not an exhaustive panel, and it deliberately omits tests with no plausible action attached.
- Guideline positions change. The US cholesterol guideline was updated in March 2026 and the ESC/EAS Lp(a) threshold moved in 2025; the positions quoted are the ones cited above and should be reviewed at each formula version.
- Budget filling by cheapest-first inside a tier is an editorial rule, not an evidence-based prioritisation.
- Symptoms are not properly modelled. A symptomatic person needs a clinician, not a planner.

The formula version is pinned so that a result you saved or shared can be reproduced. When we change a coefficient, the version changes and old results stay attributed to the version that produced them.
Questions people ask
- Why does it not just list everything?
- Because a test that will not change what you do is a cost and a source of anxiety, not information. Ordering fifty markers guarantees several will be outside a reference range by chance alone, and chasing those does harm.
- Can I order these myself?
- In some markets, yes. That does not make it a good idea without someone to interpret them with you — a result you cannot act on is worse than no result. The labs directory lists where the tests can be obtained.
